Ive never heard of a Yeshiva founded by big Gedolim & run by big Gedolim & being high level Yeshivas begging for money to avoid closure. With all due respect part of being a Rosh Yeshiva is making sure the finances are in order. With names like those mentioned how is possible wealthy Jews aren't lining up to give? A video highlighting the Yeshiva is one thing (97% of the video was about R' Chaim) but begging to avoid closing is another. How come Mir or Lakewood don't have these problems? It is told everyday R' Ruderman of Yeshivas Ner Yisroel went over the books & finances (until he was comfortable that the "CEO" he "hired" (R' Neuberger) was capable of running it himself & part of R' Rudermans greatest was understanding the importance of havine a "top level" person to handle the "Gashmius" side of running a Yeshiva.) Yes things were tough in the early years. But once established Ner Israel wasn't threatening donors with closure). Something doesn't seem 100% Kosher.
