You know they’re doing a good job when the car alarms start going off like crazy. Second, Ray Charles chilling rendition of America, The Beautiful just sets this video off perfectly! These people in the comments just drank way too much hater ade! Very well done! Finally, I just so happened to be born on the 4th of July so listening to this really hits home with me. Funny story, my mom used to tell me when I was a vaby that all those fireworks were all lit by her and they were all for me lol.

Hello from the future: I've gone to many honorable battalion salutes in my life time, and it always amazes me how much the spare cannon operator is tuned in to detect a misfire. Not sure how many others noticed, but it is literally only a millisecond before he reacts. These salutes are a precision movement to be performed and failure is not an option. I am not happy with the music blaring in the background because it takes away from the effect, and makes it much harder to detect a misfire. This battalion did an amazing job and I salute them!

Bruh. Not to be that guy. But this wasn’t an American song. It has nothing to do with America. It really celebrates the loss of someone who was vaguely on our side. The French.
@giannisk.9164 жыл бұрын
No one said this is an American song. Are Americans not allowed to play Beethoven because he’s not American? Same situation here. And Napoleon wasn’t representing French values or its alliance with the US.

A portion of La Marseillaise, which was used to composed 1812 overture, has nothing to do with Russia either. It didn't bother Tchaikovsky though
@薔薇-k2m3 жыл бұрын
Quangvu Le It had something to do with the fact that Russians were fighting the French. It represents the French army, while "God Save Thy People" represents the will of people and "God Save The Tsar" represents the Russian army. Like, damn, that's like a symbolism that a 5 year old would understand. You may be knowledgeble, but honestly, you're very dumb.

This was a horrible video! Independence Day is about honoring those who serve and who have served our great nation for the last 243 yrs, its not a time for someone to ruin a 50 gun salute to our country but adding music when it has no right to be in this video!
