Hi mate just added you on ps. Wanted to get through to you but your messages are set to private. I recently made this livery for a class 170 and was considering making one for the hst like you did. Think your the only one who did it on a hst so far so well done it looks good. My only fear which im guessing is correct since your at Reading is that you did this on the gwe hsts instead of the mml/emt hsts so us subscribers could drive it on the correct line. Whats really annoying us that after all that time it takes to make some of these liveries, you cant copy them to another class of train, or in this case, copy it to the correct hst set.

@@ace-paidinfull5240 I know what you mean, this HST set should still run on the midland mainline route. I haven't got that pack yet which is why I chose this one. I realise that you won't be able to run a timetable service for this livery on that route. Free spawn would allow it but without passenger interaction. I will look at getting that route at some point and add this livery to a hst on that route. Glad you liked it as it took me a while to do. I'm pretty pleased with how it looks, especially out on the line.

@@chasingthesteamoh fair enough you dont have it yet thats cool. If i want to use it ill have to do scenario planner or just use it on the reading mainline in service. But yeah you done well, i can relate to certain liveries taking a while, so be proud of yourself 👍🏽
@chasingthesteam4 ай бұрын
@@ace-paidinfull5240 Thank you, maybe I could try the older great western liveries, i.e first great western for this one and then when I get the other route I could do the midland mainline one for that also
@ace-paidinfull52404 ай бұрын
Funny you should say that because i have one of the fgw liveries, i subscribed to someones a while back. Its nice im not gna lie. I also have an fgw livery for the 166 that i subscribed to, again proper nice. Surely these guys make them on pc, because we dont have enough tools to be so detailed for certain liveries on PS

A cracking selection of films my good sir, great to see the B1 on the teak set; I've always enjoyed seeing locos paired with matching 'regional' stock during the SVR's events. I liked your coverage of 7714 on the goods too, very atmospheric & its a pity I failed to get this on film myself. My own video coverage of the gala is up on my channel, so if you'd be interested in taking a look that'd be greatly appreciated, please don't feel obligated to do so however. Kind regards, Adam 🙂

@AdamTandy92203 Thanks for the comment. I'm glad you liked it. I'm also glad you enjoyed the shunting video. A few people on the platform watching at the time were saying how good it was to see it. Just a shame it was away from the platform. I will pop into your channel later to look at your videos. I do still have more to post. Probably 3-4 of the other engines.

It’s cool that Kidderminster has the large public space lineside at the end of the platforms, excellent for viewing LE movements and shunting. Few other heritage railways have a viewing area in this location, due to being in valleys, or landlocked etc.

That train certainly created a lot of interest. I shot the return trip at Oxford and Banbury and was rewarded at Oxford with a high speed run through the station. They were making up time lost at an earlier P.W. slack. That footage is now on my YT channel and, hopefully, later on today I'll be able to make a start on editing the footage I shot Didcot and get some of that on here...
