I dont understand the beginning with the bear walks. The flows were nice though. Especially the second where I managed to do all the poses. And I did fall down but did get up again and that felt so strong. Not only physically but also mentally. Thank you

I make exercise every day , I really love the feeling it feels after each one of your workouts, your yoga videos is like a meditation session it must to be done by the beginning of my day , even if it feels hard or strong but by the end of the exercise it feels very relaxing 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
