I would start with the modding tier 1 first. the modding tier 2 are for more advance users who wants to mod their cyberpunk fully, with modding assistance and tutorials.

Im Using a cloud gaming pc. i have a rtx A4500, AMD EPYC 7543P 32-Core Processor, with 28Gb of ram. Also You dont need an 8K display, you can use whatever you have.

If you already have games on your local PC and want to play them on Shadow PC, you would need to download them again on the Shadow PC setup itself. Shadow PC is essentially a separate, high-performance virtual machine, so it doesn’t have access to files on your local computer unless you transfer them.
