Hello. I love your videos and I’m learning a lot, because I’m very new to cupping, and I want to gain proficiency in using this therapy upon myself. My question to you is: WHAT IS THE BEST CUP TO USE FOR GLIDING, WHILE PERFORMING CELLULITE REMOVAL THERAPY? You said in your video that the large silicone cups that you were reviewing were not the best for gliding. So, could you please provide your opinion on which cupping set would be best for that function? I thank you very much in advance, and I thank you for sharing your knowledge and your expertise with us. You are very easy to listen to, and I trust you because I can just tell that you’re an expert and you want what’s best for us. So, keep up the good work. I have subscribed to your channel and will be watching all the videos (I’m especially interested in the facial cupping). Again, I thank you. I look forward to your advice on the best cups for gliding while working on the cellulite problem. Take care, and stay safe. Marita.

What kind of massage therapist would I search for to find someone that is offering this sort of treatment? I’m pretty sure it’s what I need!

Yes the healer is ans must be always at least one step ahead to help the other to uplevel. 🙂 And If someone is avoidant torwards his own issues and feelings, and emotions, He can't and doesn't like to hold space for someone else. Because he fears that.

@@Butterfly828-x8e yes I like how you phrased that ❤️. I wasn’t taught anything about doing my emotional work in massage school, and think it should be a part of it! I found my healing journey later.

Thank you for sharing your story of running into chronic fatigue and breakdown after years of being an athlete, I can relate and had to take several months away from my usual physical activity and slowly get back into it. I have recently been introduced to facial Gua sha, I'm seeing amazing results physically and emotionally and this video just made me feel so excited to learn more and affirm my new journey as a Thai Yoga practitioner is going to help people in even bigger ways than I could imagine! Yay to learning, healing, and sharing!

Lovely!! I'm a long time massage therapist, and have been experiencing plantar pain Saw a doctor's suggestion of using a tool, and thought of my gua sha stones! Bingo! Several folks had mentioned calf and foot stretches, this is a perfect compliment! And good to hear of your success with your own pain!

I have terrible sciatica, walk with a horrible limp that I never had before the pain is so bad not even heavy meds help feels like lightning bolt that goes thru my low back into my hip down my leg to top of my foot some times when I step wrong or bump into something it almost puts me on the ground when the lightning bolt pain shoots down it will literally bring a tear to the eye its not an exaggeration I'm a tough dude used to be a powerlifter and in MMA that pain is like nothing iv ever felt in my 46yrs , I wish medicaid would cover it because I can't do labor work anymore this last few yrs iv been so poor I can't pay attention lol but seriously I can't afford it even if there were a person in Colorado that could do this Massage therapy, but looks great anyone who can afford it go do it ! If u have any issues that I have believe me it just gets worse after 5or6 months my leg and foot get so num it's painful. That's my rant good luck to all of you peeps and great video!

Awesome info. I have been diagnosed with DISH Disease which can calcify soft tissue. Traditional physical therapy just hurts. I’m interested in this but I get mixed opinions on whether Gua sha is good or bad for DISH.

I have stiff neck due to stress and anxiety. I have bought Gua Sha today to give it a try, and omg, even after one night session of Gua Sha massage I feel such a relief in my neck area. Before I only used my hands when massaging my neck, but it didn't work as well as this. I'm honestly astonished. And super happy! To anyone dealing with a stiff neck - you should definitely try this.
