Some good ideas. Thanks. Not a fan of the dress hanging randomly on the wall. Maybe a hook for a hat or scarf would look better.

Thank you Emma! I found this video VERY HELPFUL!! INCLUDING THE DRESS ON THE WALL! IT MADE IT GIVE AN IDEA OF A REAL PERSON LIVING THERE NOT JUST A HOTEL ROOM.💕

Amazing faux bed. I need to do this in my late mother's house. My sister's threw everything out but l wanted to stage it. So I'm going to get some file boxes and blow up mattresses. The rest is easy, pictures, mirrors, lamps, throws, duvets, bedspreads, plants etc. Not sure how to make a fake sofa though. I have some white cotton covers for an IKEA Ektorp sofa. Will try my best.....😊

Great tips! If you were staging a unit with a headboard, would you attach it to a frame or let it stand alone against the wall w/ the weight of the frame holding it up?

I say, from all the videos that I have watched, keep it simple and if the bed fits into the cove, put art over it like Em did!🥰

Don't get mad at me, but have you thought about staging yourself? The painted arm really stands out. How about wearing long sleeves, when doing business? Your hairstyle is taking years off of you, which is great in many ways, but not if you want to come across as a mature business woman. Just trying to help. Don't get me wrong, I think you are gorgeous! And you have a very lovely and open face. Like your work here. Simple, but it really added value to the room. Good for you to liven things up, without overdoing it, choosing a light, matted pink. Instead of the dress, I'd choose a lovely airy side table.
