Thank you for recording this. I was a camper at St Crispin’s Summer Camp in Oklahoma from about 1999 to 2006. Hal was our priest for the week several times during my years there. Every trip to camp was an experience I’ll never forget, but Hal’s weeks were some of the best. His songs, including this one, are my favorite camp songs. Last week we lost a good man who was camp staff during my later years as a camper, Greg Huston. I find comfort in Hal’s music during this trying time. Perhaps others will too.

Thanks so much for this. Greg's loss was devastating to so many of us. I was also a camper at St. Crispin's around the same time! From about 1993 - 2004.

I went to high school with Hal. He was a hero to me then. What a loss for all of us. Thank you for keeping his music alive.

Thank you for posting and for sharing. I think there are some people who will find this difficult to bear, but their difficulty in viewing it must cause concern for those who LIVE it. If someone "feels" in seeing this, I would suggest they feel good, because it is better to "feel" than not. Pray for the suffering, stand against the roots of this (GENOCIDE), and support activities to eradicate it. Rwanda deserves our solidarity in rebuilding and Sudan deserves our solidarity in stopping this.
