The bass notes are too loud, so much so that they drown out the melody, and I thınk the hand techniques are a bit wrong. Like a chase played in a hurry.

I disagree. They're a bit loud, but they don't drown out the melody. Also, the hands are ai, so they probably do have a few problems

For the game remake diskussion: I would love to see it! Of course there are some 4x-Space games but the special thing about ascendancy is it's selection of artwork and species, the music and ship designs. Everything else is negotiable. Good turn based 4x games nowadays are interstellar space genesis and stars in shadow. The overall best game for it's time after ascendancy is of course master of orion 2. I think we can all agree to that 😅

Alright then. Not sure what the intention was behind this comment, if it was to shut me down or downplay it that's unfortunate because while constructive criticism is valid it actually needs to be helpful in order to be CONSTRUCTIVE. This is the same thing as saying "I don't like it, it's stupid." Sure you can voice your feelings on the matter, no one can stop you, but it doesn't really drive a conversation to anything other than an argument or a dead-end. Not to mention this was five years ago.

In the description since I put the video out it says "This was rendered and edited using the Concert Creator AI" This AI is sadly now defunct. Never claimed it to be real in the first place, I mean hell you can even see them clip near the beginning even.

the DAW I use allows me to export the tracks seperately as well as output a master. the program was feed these tracks for each section and played back the master.

Ascendancy remake already exists. Its Factorio (important) combined with two mods: Space Exploration and Krastorio. The other races and space fight don't technically exist, but the rest is extremely more vivid.

Issue is that Ascendancy is a 4X *turn-based* game. I've yet to see any Factorio mods that change the game to become turn-based.

@@ALackOfLife turn-based principle roots in chess clock, where time-limit is replaced with "object state modification limit". It should be extremely easy to add by limiting player place actions, including schemes (which cause bots to complete the action).
