Insightful, I've read it and now seen here as well, that placement of Ketu in 1st house makes the sun work as exalted in the chart, I would be highly grateful and enjoy a lot by knowing the reasoning and the logic behind it, I've this placement in Sagittarius and I do feel this way, would love to hear from you!

Possibly because our Atman our pure spiritual essence the Sun , shines more automatically and visibly as our closest immediate identity after body identification severed with the influence of Ketu on our Lagna.

Ketu in 1st house Aries ascendant. I usually can't keep up with hobbies. I start an activity/hobby and stick with it for 1-2 months and then drop it. The one thing I have been consistent with is ....cutting vegetables everyday. 😅 I know it seems simple but I feel it is because of Ketu I lose interest in hobbies quickly. Maybe. This is so significant that my family goes like "you are not gonna see the end of this hobby anyway why do you want to bother"?!? Do you think yoga is a good form of exercise for weight loss ? I went to gym multiple times in past 10yrs but never stuck with it for long. I have been trying to medidate. It feels like a chore and I can't stick with it too but since you suggested it , i will keep trying. Jupiter MahaDasha and Ketu AntarDasha going start from Aug '24. I dont know if what to expect!

Yes, physical exercise is mandatory, if Yoga is what works for you then do that. If you aren't passionate about meditation yet, then don't force yourself. Why don't you do Nama Japa of your favourite deity mentally in a loop. For example "Shiva, Shiva" or "Hanuman, Hanuman"

Ketu in lagna capricorn here. Lots of losses in my life, 2 husbands, children, mother, father... No conections with family... Short on money, jobs... I never thought my life would end up like this. I am gratefull to God I am alive and I do have Me. I Usually meet people that are too smart, no compassion, think they will rule me and the world- I have sun,rahu, mercury in 7th house. I am strong and smart to survive them. ❤

Thank you for the insight, i am 37 yrs old have ketu on my ascendant in Virgo. Till now i was running behind people and society to give me acceptance and recognition. Suddenly eith keyu transiting my ascendant i loving being ony own, i have started doing yoga and small meditation. I am just loving it. Cant go back to the gym again. Yoga and spending time in nature has changed my life for the better.

Everything is good, as long as you use it well. Don't wait for charts to validate anything, you and your children should decide their own experience of life. The souls nature is to rise above, not to take instructions. Have no fear about anything in your chart.

No, meditation is a method to interact with your true nature. It shouldn't be discouraged for anyone.

I really like how you talk about making it a strength making it an advantage. I truly feel that with any circumstances situations and permutations and combinations one has the ability to get the best out of the situation. As human being we are equipped with this skill but we forget abt it. Brilliant wisdom .... I have ketu in 1st house and my sun is super good placed in 4th house I think that's because of ketu being in the 1st house ... I don't identify with my body I feel I'm a spiritual being and I act accordingly hence things always work out for me ... whatever I have asked for in life It has been granted by the Supreme God effortlessly... I first trust and love Lord Mahadev ji without him I'm nothing... he is literally my everything ❤

Most of the things you told about are true for me. I have Mars, ketu, and jupiter in 1st house in aquarius. As you told, the sun becomes powerful, i have conjution of mercury and sun in 12th house in capricorn, please shed some light that should i move abroad or not.

This question is assuming a utilitarian view to life. This is a modern perspective. Things don't need utility to be worth engaging. It's a separate matter that Astrology has various practical applications.

Do you use whole sign houses (ascendant sign is first house fully) or equal houses (ascendant degree is the start of the first house and could include portion of the sign after the ascendant sign)
