Thank you!! That’s awesome!! Not only will it be a much easier way to clean up, but I can use it with my son for his science class. This is our first year homeschooling and he’s in the 6th grade. He’s going to love this! 🫶🏻 Thank you so much! You’ve got a new subscriber. 🥰

This is ingenious! I have to leave my bucket out in the sun for days and let the water evaporate before disposing of the mud, but I have these garden products and they will help make the process much more efficient. I also really appreciate the detail that you were able to water your plants with the leftover water and they’re still doing well.

Thank you! I find it's the easiest way to get rid of dirty paint water and make my flowers happy too!

I’m so paranoid! I hate chemicals and paint in water. I even hate that chemicals need to be used to get to “clear” water. I wonder if those two chemicals are worse than just leaving the paint in the water. My wife is an artist and used A TON OF PAINT AND BRUSHES. Honestly I think she uses way too many brushes. I’m installing a utility sink in her art studio so she can clean her brushes in there and stop tracking paint into our hallway. The only thing is I have no clue what to do with the nasty water that goes down the drain. I refuse to let it go into the city’s drain and I’m kinda freaking out about dumping it into our yard. This looks awesome in this video but still I’m hesitant about the chemicals.

Hi James, I understand your concern about the chemicals used to clear the dirty acrylic water. However, they are both fertilizers so I don't think they are as dangerous as the chemicals in the paints themselves. As I mentioned in the video, I pour the "clean" water outside on my plants and they seem to be thriving. If you need more information about this process, here is a link to Goldenf Paints. goldenpaints.com/just-paint-article3 I just approximate the amount of lime and aluminum sulfate, based on my experience. I don't bother testing the PH anymore. Golden also sells a product called Crash, but it is expensive compared to the garden products. Hope this helps you feel more confident in discarding your wife's waste water.

@@filomenabooth I’m so grateful for the reply. This really has been bothering me. This sounds like the safest way to discard of the water considering the plants are doing well. Thank you so much for the time you took to reply. You’re wonderful.

@@jamesthrift6194 Hi, another alternative is to strain the paint water through crushed activated charcoal in straining cloth, then you won't add more fertilizers to the water table. It can be reused over and over then disposed of. The water can be reused too 👍

@@orphana1you rock my life. I was just about to say that. We have an extra commercial sized Berkey water filter. Best product on the planet. We use another one for any water that is going to be used for consumption. Nothing on the planet will clean water better. Worth the investment and super easy to use. Just READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. 😂 They actually are super important.

That’s such an awesome knife piece! I’ve never done anything like that or abstract anything really for the most part, and to see an abstract knife style like this come in to a realistic looking 3-D effect just amazes me!
