I'm curious to hear about what is the best approach to build multi-agents workflows in AutoGen. In particular, do you: - set up and debug every single agent, and then put them together in a group chat - or rather start building within the group chat already?

How do I know if Foudation Capital has another office in New York? I recently suffered a scam from a guy called Alex Madsen, from this company, I participated in some cryptocurrency transactions in the WhatsApp group where he provides the signals. After I requested the withdrawal, the company charged me an advance commission of 50 thousand dollars. Someone from this company explained to me if this really is green?

I am still learning all of this, but it seems to me that the best approach is to start with multiple agents. Each agent should perform a very specific task exceptionally well and log everything. By doing so, you can build large datasets on how each agent operates and fine-tune them accordingly. Over time, you can potentially combine agents to improve efficiency. Initially, however, it is important to observe how they handle specific tasks. I could be wrong, but it appears that if you can precisely define what the LLM is doing, you can prevent hallucinations. This approach might involve higher upfront costs, but in the long term, it could lead to faster progress, as you wouldn't be trying to solve problems with agents that are stretched too thin. The advantage here is that, unlike starting a company where having too many employees significantly increases costs, using multiple agents does not lead to a substantial cost increase. While compute costs money, it is not as expensive as hiring additional human employees.

Please someone answer my question. I am currently part of a Watshap group for cryptographic transactions, from this company Fundation Capital. Where Alex Madsen and secretary Jennifer Lawrence share business signs with all group members. I already have over 1 million dollars on the Fundation trading platform. And last week I requested the withdrawal, the company claimed that I first need to pay 50 thousand dollars in commissions to the company, and only then will I be able to withdraw. I'm really scared. Please if there is anyone from this company who can answer my concern. Maybe I'm being scammed by someone using this company's name. Could it be a scam?

I work in the Enterprise Space like Finance, HR, Procurement etc. I haven't seen any compelling use cases using Agents in the Enterprise where they could add real value. I am glad he mentioned that he also hasn't seen any killer apps besides code generation.

8:20 Hiring people who have a chip on their shoulder - that have a lot to prove - they just can’t help it. They just need to prove things to themselves and to the world. *Innate hunger and drive.* 10:10 If you have a strong culture, people are either embraced or they’re repulsed. There’s no middle ground. Only weak companies have middle grounds where people can exist when they’re not really in good standing. “B-player land.” That’s what you see in big companies that are failing. 39:45 “Entrepreneurship is a balance between paranoia and optimism. And you’re just all alone in your journey.” *Well said!* 40:15 Dealing with and embracing anxiety. Learn to embrace it, cope with it, and to use it to your advantage to fuel your focus, concentration, and your sharpness. If you’re afraid, there’s a reason you’re afraid. Face your demons and start dealing with them - act on it instead of just experiencing it. *Get comfortable being uncomfortable, because discomfort is the norm. If you’re comfortable, you’re clueless.*
