Why was his 3rd attempt lower than 2nd? And is that even within the rules, when 2nd got 3 white lights

Mate, overdose your ass on tren, test and everyother shit you can and you won´t be able to achieve it anyway. Ed has been lifting heavy ass weight since 15/16 yo. This man is a genetic freak with or without drugs.

how the fuck is that called a squat?!?! It looks like a shitty good morning! Watch the olympics for real and natural squatting
@jonatanolsen37
@jonatanolsen37 9 жыл бұрын
+nicolas1999444 It is called a lowbar squat, you use your posterior chain alot morei n the movement, and you can move alot more weight. The rules says that the bottom of your ass has the be parallell to the knee or below( right me if i am wrong). Ed Coan is widely considered to be the best powerlifter of all time, so i think he knows a thing or two about squatting. Olympic lifters do not have the squat as a competition lift, they only use it in training. However, they do need to be able to squat deep in order to catch the bar in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

Crazy clip. Wonderful clip clip. My uncle had been a fatty. He remodeled his body from 293 lbs of pure fat into 209 lbs of pure muscle mass. I could not believe it! I just signed up myself because I'm looking to get stronger muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it)...
