Everyone keeps saying that this should be an anime. But would you really sit down and watch it? If they really made a series centered around four students and their daily lives WITHOUT HUGE EVENTS OR MAGIC would you watch it? That means it wouldn't be like Angel beats, Ouran highschool host club, fruits basket, hsdxd, monster musume, or anything else that uses slice of life setting as it's pitch.

The singing voice sounds good but the real talking voices sound different?

This movie that you can unlocked by clearing all the songs in Normal is voiced by the original voice providers for Miku, Luka, Rin and Len. It's more natural compared to their singing that's usually done by the official synthesizer software with their accompanying Voice Banks.
