I appreciate your story. Sometimes I think “as long as I get home safe in my bed, then I am happy.” Life is hard. Being a human is an extreme sport. It is important though to recognize the little beauties of life though. We are 1 in trillions. We are lucky to even be allve.

Retail / Food Service work experience is great to put in perspective how much nicer other jobs are. Should be a requirement for hgih schoolers no matter the socioeconomic background

So I run the 400 and I run a 50 flat going into sophomore year but they can just put me on the varsity team,which means I can make it to states, but my teammates aren’t good enough to make it can I solo go to states?? Or do I have to have good teammates
