Have had trouble with phone calls? My sound comes from the device and not my car. People cannot hear me. I have to change my setting to Carplay so the dash doesn't sync with my android phone. I contacted Hanshow and they said to change my media output but that doesn't work either. Music doesn't play out of the car's speakers either. Any suggestions?

LBT should come up with something better than just ziptying the footwell lights, tho...maybe some sort of small plastic bracket that can be zip tied to the crossbar towards the front of the front seat? I had an ambient kit for my 2021 MYLR that had a little lightbar that stuck to that crossbar, and it worked great, as long as you have the kit enough wire for the seat to move, lol.

Hi and thanks for your video. It was very useful in order to complete the process of installing all lights included in the Lightingbug deluxe kit. Regarding the door panel lights, I preferred to start from the back and make my way towards the doors especially to bring the cables through the rubber conduit between the main body and the doors. Inside the doors, once removed the big speaker, I decided to make a hole in the upper part of the plastic frame holding the big speaker in order to pass the cable coming from the inside of the car through the rubber conduit. My Tesla Y High Performance has finally the futuristic look that she deserves ( I have like you installed the carbon fiber covers for the central dashboard and the door panels ). Very happy about the look. This kit is the only one on the market that connects to the main electrical system of the car without relying on the cigarette plug inside the central console.

They sent me a kit where half the lights are bad/non-working and customer service has been horrible. They just sent me a link to a video of an app that isn’t even the one that scans from the QR code. This has been a very disappointing experience. I believe I’ll do a charge back today. I really can’t believe the response from customer service.

Love the review, I used your code for Teslaunch. I just bought the same full pack from Teslaunch but sadly they have changed the design. It didn’t cover the full back glass and also had two silver holes in each of the side windows that you can see through. Would you be able to recommend an alternative that would cover all windows including the back half, just like in this review?

Hey folks I'm gonna help some of you out. I was absolutely about to give up on getting that wire through the cable gasket between the door and the car. Fishing it through would simply not work for me. I ended up liberally wrapping the cable in electrical tape and then pushing it through. You will have to get it started pushing your fingers through but once you reach the ridges in the gasket you can use them to push through the wire. I was ready to throw in the towel after 3 hours of this and then going about it this way got the wire through in 5 minutes. Good luck!

@m3jazz did you have any issues connecting the phone app, LED LAMP, to your lights? I have an iPhone and I've tried multiple times but the app won't connect to the lights in my Tesla. I've restarted bluetooth and reinstalled the app many times but it still won't connect. I was just curious if anyone else has had this issue.

I have bought this product, and I had very low quality/ugly products with visible flaws. I have been writing the company for two months, sending pictures, and they acknowledges the flaws, but haven't sent me my three defect parts yet. I live in Denmark and I feel I have been writing and AI in China. My product had air in the lights so they were super ugly in daylight. Apparently a flaw in the making, they said. But astonishingly they are promising me new parts but not sending any. It's the most weird service. Nothing makes sense. But glad so many had a good experience.
