None of it really matters. However, it is amazing to experience the silence in your mind between two thoughts. It's even more amazing to experience that silence while looking at a sunset or the stars at night. One can't help but wonder how it all began.

This is NOT guided meditation, this is a man's ego. This is the 4th time I've tried listening to him, & he's lied all 4x. He's making things up as he goes along. Pontificating, for instance, on Self Enquiry, & EVERYTHING he says is pulled straight from his butt. This man & his wife are charlatans, grifters. I, want nothing from you, & will never speak or even know who you are. And I've never followed or been cheated by this couple. They're just frauds.

All they are talking about is identifying as the brain/nervous system activity recognized as consciousness, as opposed to the body or other brain activity. I don't understand what all the fuss is about.

I find the talks of Nisargadatta Maharaj here to be the best as regards quality of recordings and the precise translation.
