Heard you say you’re putting those fish in the freezer which is a big mistake if you using fresh water while cleaning them. They will last longer and stay more fresh if you clean them in salt water. At least towel dry them before you freeze them if you have no choice but to use fresh water. Guarantee if you clean them by the ocean or bring a bucket of water home with you, you’ll have way better results.

@@BootsBarberFishing223 yes I get that and it’s tuff that’s why I said maybe bring a bucket of seas water home or clean that at the dock. That’s what I always do, I clean my fish on the boat or at the cleaning stations at the boat ramp. It really does make a huge difference when freezing the fish. If you’re going to eat it right away then it doesn’t matter.

Great video pal ! You did exceedingly well ! I am 68 and worked in the PAP oil refinery for 41 years, so I can identify with some of those equipment. For years I had to pass that way, while it was in operation. It is a pity that no one in the then government that decided to shut down the sugar industry had decided to make a documentary about the operation of the sugar factory ! It should be a part of our history, but it is conveniently forgotten. Maybe instead of letting all the steel rust away, they could cut it down and sell the steel ! Jobs can be created ! You are the first, and we are thankful ! ( Uncle better at fishing than explaining the sugar factory !) Make some more videos !
