I have an H-535 in the antique natural finish I bought new in 2014. It's a truly special guitar. I have to say that if I'm in the market for another 335 style I'll be looking at the Eastman. I have a couple of Eastmans and they're definitely the best bang for the buck I've seen. Custom shop quality, seriously.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Kinda cool if you are rich, but you will never spot the difference in a mix between this 5k guitar and an Amazon thrasher with up graded pick ups. I got a 200 dollar Grote 335 off Amazon, changed the pickups and gave it a set up and it sounds and plays as good as my 61 dot neck. AND I can dive it like I stole it. If you spend 5k on a guitar you are getting played like a banjo.

I've owned both the Heritage 535 and 530 guitars and both were excellent. I actually prefer the P90 pickups which at the time were Lollar wound. The 535 had Seth Lovers, which fit the guitar's voice nicely. Totally equal if not better then what Gibson is building.

I have this guitar that I purchased used in mint condition. The Calibrated T-Type pickups are way too bright for me. Why did they ditch the classic 57s?! I ended up swapping them out for Seymour Duncan Seth Lovers. Not something I really wanted to do considering the price of the guitar, but it sounds way better; like a 335 should sound. Everything else is great; the feel, build quality, the electronics, etc. That's the reason I decided to keep it and change the pickups. Otherwise I would have sold it. Now I'm very happy with it.
