Great list! Finally someone who don't praise 8 deluxe and say it's the ultimate mario kart experience. Yes there are a lot of tracks but they are dumbed down. The shortcuts are not as fun and I just can't sit through any mode which is not 200cc it's way too slow and if I want to play online I'll get 150cc and be bored to death

Unpopular opinion: I like Figure Eight-Circuit. I totally understand why it's hated though.

If anyone is going to be the best character you're going to see all the time in competitive Mario Kart, Yoshi is the prime choice. He's a fan favorite with a lot of customizability compared to everyone else thanks to all his colors. So even if you want to be super strictly META, you still have some degree of self-expression, which is very commendable.

Super Mario Galaxy is honestly the closest Bowser has gotten to actually killing Mario(In Odyssey even without Cappy's help Mario would be able to survive). I mean, look at the planetoid in the beginning. No food in sight, not much water, and no way off without help. You could argue that the houses might have food but we'll never know since we can't enter them. If Rosalina and the Lumas weren't there Mario likely would have starved to death.
