I can't really speak to DPS, but for your tank play, the reason things failed so bad on ball/winton is that you continuously went main on dive heroes; as soon as the enemy team sees you, they're going to focus you, so back roads are your friend, and their supp should be the first ones to lay eyes on you--as they quickly die by your hand. Your zarya was obviously better, considering zarya is a beast and you guys won the game after that, however you're making CRUCIAL mistakes, such as the bubble mistake of bubbling WAY too often and way too early for poke/random damage to keep your charge high rather than saving bubble for specific moments the enemies decide to go for the kill on yourself or your teammate which will give you the full 40 or even 41 regardless(remember that you hold all the power in your CDs, don't waste them); putting your grav out too early and too deep into the enemy team when they have all their CDs still as well as rein shield and pretty much any resource their team has to offer; and lesser, but still important, I don't think you're right clicking the enemies any time they're on your screen, either close or far, enough. There were some right clicks, but not enough--I can't tell you how many times I sniped enemies without even meaning to while I was spamming my right clicks into them as we wait for them to come in and they were backed off, low, thinking they were safe. I'd say, keep being observant over your team and the enemy team and always be mindful of where your two groups are in respect to one another, but remember that just because you see someone in front of you or you see something go down, doesn't mean that you necessarily need to invest your CDs into what you observed. You're getting away with a lot right now because of the rank, but if you play a bit slower (prioritizing your life over ending an enemy's life), a bit more high ground, maybe think about what I said if you feel like it, and perhaps put on some unranked-gm tank videos just to see more and think more like a GM player (bogur and yeatle are great resources, for example) then I think you'll easily and quickly be able to climb.
