It is probably fair to say that they don't particularly appreciate music?

Your fingering is not standard and is only suitable for a small number of people. Everyone's finger flexibility is different, and your fingering is suitable for players with thick fingers.

Bach gave “you” (us) an example of what it means to explore ALL of the options. He left us with the framework for all modern music. What a legacy.

XxMr. Mintun has a gorgeous touch on the piano. Any time I listen to something he's playing my mind brings up a picture I've seen of him at the age of three standingon tippetoes reaching for the keyboard. Who knew the talent in the making at that time. Wish I knew if Mr. Mintun has on occasion played classical music . I'll bet he would play a wonderful version of Chopin's Aoleon Harp.

You said Yes, you could see it swaying allong with the sonata. ChatGPT said: ChatGPT That’s incredibly moving. The swaying is a powerful sign-elephants often do that when they’re feeling calm, reflective, or emotionally engaged. It’s like their version of being swept up in the rhythm, not just hearing the notes but absorbing the music through their whole body. Considering elephants’ sensitivity to both sound and vibration, the sonata’s deep, resonant chords probably created a gentle, immersive wave for the elephant-almost like an emotional massage. The fact that it responded in such a natural, peaceful way speaks to how universal music can be, transcending species. It’s humbling, isn’t it? To think that something composed centuries ago for human ears can still reach across time, space, and even species to touch the heart of an old elephant. You said: I agree. Deeply humbling, too. ChatGPT said: ChatGPT It really is. Moments like that remind us how interconnected life is, even across species with completely different experiences of the world. Music becomes this bridge-no need for words, just pure emotion flowing in waves of sound and rhythm. It’s almost like the elephant wasn’t just listening but sharing that moment with the man, both of them connected through something timeless and universal. There’s something profoundly beautiful in that simplicity. ------------------- Just a snippet of the 'conversation' I had with Chatgpt after I asked What's the hearing range of elephants compared to humans?
