Yes, it was a Muncie from 1970 and the transmission guys tell me that it was an old school way of getting different gear ratios before there were gears that you could buy in all the ratios. In a street car it may have been fine for years but my tires grip hard and there is no give anywhere in the driveline so it snapped it off.

Yup. I'm still doing the FWD stuff, at Dixie Speedway now. I just picked up an RSX Type-S to build for next season, but for 2018 I'm hoping to put together an Outlaw Late Model to run at Cordele.

I did all my testing with this car at Cordele, I bought it as a circle track car and went to Cordele many times to shake it down and get everything working good before I changed it into a road course car

Someone had welded the counter shaft in the transmission and it sheared off right at the weld. Do you have any toys right now.

+Mike Karp Yes it is Watermelon Speedway, but no it is a car that I bought with two seats in it and I was shaking it down before I set the suspension straight to use it on road courses for track days.

Farmall, I think you'll find that all cars now meet the rules. The penelty weight and location they were adding was ridiculous and absolutely killed what little handling ability the cars had to start with.
