Most condos don't have pools in Seattle. If you're looking for a pool in a newer building, I recommend Insignia or First Light.

It was only up there for a couple days then they craned it off - it was a marketing promotion. if you buy one of the penthouses you get a McLaren.

Sounds like some, but not all of their primary bedrooms will accommodate a king. (In my opinion, every primary bedroom should be able to accommodate a king a two side tables.)

I like Olive 8 the most. In some of the recent sales the valuations have been favorable to buyers. HOA isn't crazy and is pretty well capitalized. The building is in a safer neighborhood and closer to good public transport than these other buildings.

I believe the impact will be felt by the north-west homes at One88 the most, but in my experience, people usually overestimate the impact and it won't feel as bad in person.

This is a brand new building built to the latest building codes. You'd much rather be in this building than 99.9% of Seattle buildings!
