Tell me you don't know shit about SCP without telling me you don't know shit about SCP. This thing, "cosmology" exists. And you know what it does? Because of it a mere SCP atom scales to at LEAST Outerversal, and SCP powerless humans are easily Boundless (each human is made out of ~7 Octillion atoms according to Google). I'll shut you up with SCP-3812 alone. Like, no offence but ffs how idiotic do you have to be to think that SCP loses to anime? A single SCP Foundation atom, scales to Outerversal. This is so, because of the SCP Cosmology. Quick rundown on what cosmology means: Basically, let's say that you take a stick and break it in two. In all universes it requires the same amount of effort from you, but depending on the universe's cosmology, the impressiveness of the feat varies. Cosmology defines basically how the world is built. And now, i remind you, an Atom. The whole SCP Foundation world, is build out of those atoms. A human with no powers like me or you, is High Outerversal or Boundless (a human being is built out of billions of atoms, in this case each atom scaling to Outerversal). Those humans with no abilities, deal with beings they consider gods, unstoppable, undefeatable, infinitely powerful etc. Those beings, range a lot, from SCP-049 (stronger than a normal human in every category + can kill a person with a touch) all the way to the likes of SCP-3812... SCP-3812 is capable of manipulating reality, concepts and as far as i recall even history. He can (and has) erased the concept so fundamental such as an emotion - Completely wiped off the minds of all sentient beings in existence. SCP-3812 is capable of Manipulating Reality to a such higher degree, he has temporarily wiped the country of Moldavia (?) from existence for 3 days, and has survived with ease all attempts of murder from his own author. SCP-3812 infinitely, constantly and instantly transcends the higher layers of reality known as the Narratives. Think of those as a staircase, each step having complete control over the step below, and viewing it as Fictional. According to the story, SCP-3812 has long surpassed what we call "Real Life", therefore ourselves. That is, in the story though, as in powerscaling he is limited to inside-fiction, but still... SCP-3812 had completelty destroyed the world and reverted it. He is aware of his own author and means to surpass him eventually (which in the story he did but not in powerscaling). The true capabilities of SCP-3812 cannot be measured, and can possibly go infinitely and absolutely beyond. Due to SCP-3812, SCP-239 came to existence, that is The Witch Child. SCP-239 is a young girl, capable of changing reality to any extent she wishes to, but she belives that she is a witch and only can use spells. Logically, SCP-3812 can do the same on a even higher scale as something that created her. There's more, but in overall conclusion - SCP-3812 is at least Boundless. And that still is, without including the SCP cosmology. but, SCP-3812 is not even the strongest thing in the SCP Foundation. There are plenty stronger than him. The Database, Swann's proposal is quite literally the SCP authors. Please stfu and stop being ignorant. Nothing in anime compares to the WHOLE SCP Verse. Mosquito VS Nuclear Bomb.

You perhaps think that those are "new gen bullshit only for powerscaling" characters? The Scarlet King the character most assumed like that was first mentioned in 2007. This should end the conversation. Either way there still is the cosmology, a SCP atom scales to at least Outerversal, powerless SCP human scales to at least High Outer, SCP-049 scales to at least Boundless etc.
