I got severely injured when an old fire-extinguisher from 1973 exploded, I was working with it to disassemble it at Stena Recycling, Denmark. Since then I have permanent headache, dizziness & discomfort, and just about everything else relating to PTSD and TBI. I never sleep well, I never feel rested. I can't work, it's an immense task to try and take care of myself, which I can't even do, so I do what I can, but I have so little energy and focus. I live in an institution for homeless w. additional problems, mostly because I can't shop for food and prepare meals since this explosion accident 2½ years ago (19th Sept. 2019). I managed to live by myself for 1½ years after the accident, but I ate too unhealthy, too much pre-fabricated pizza, lasagna and such. I used to be in VERY good shape, but I'm now struggling with very bad shape, because I don't like to move much, I get overwhelmed and over exhausted really fast. See perhaps: "You Look Fine!" - The Real-Life Struggle of an Invisible Injury - TBI Awareness kzbin.info/www/bejne/gp-1oah7erV3q8U and Flooding - Becoming Overwhelmed After Brain Injury kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2i5dqiDg8yEibc I have come across these T_B_I (Traumatic Brain Injury) Article links: www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-veterans-brains-idUSKCN0QI21I20150813 loonylabs.org/2015/01/14/explosion-military/ www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fncel.2019.00528/full Especially the last and longest article is full of knowledge and details, yet none of this has been applied in my case, when I point out that I have found interesting articles and videos that seem super relevant, I have only been met with negativity... "but you can't trust stuff you find on the internet" ...OMG really ! ! ! It shouldn't be up to the injured to care for and help themselves because no one else does. I have said it so many times, "Why is nothing happening, why can't I get relevant help?". At the neighbor building they help people with brain injury, but they can't take me in, because they can't see in my journals that something serious enough have happened to me, because they have described the accident in a very weak way, did they/someone minimize this accident on purpose?? I have gotten no compensation so far, in fact things are moving so slow that they have still not make a decision whether this was a work accident or not, that happened when I was doing my job. One should think this obvious question had been settled long ago, but NO after 2½ years it's still unanswered. Some help turned out to be lies and false diagnosis, psychosis which I don't and never had a problem with, so now I have a false diagnosis on top of everything else. Plus I read and hear in the articles and videos that lots of things can be done or at least tried, the earlier the better, and intermediate scans and follow ups would be much appreciated by genuinely interested doctors. Whatever right things hopefully soon will begin to happen; is still terribly late now that 2½ years has passed already...

Causes of Dry Powder FE to explode: 1. PRESSURE GUAGE FAILURE - it reach to full very slow even tech fully open the nitrogen valve while reffill. It point to 12 Bars but the pressure are more than that. 2. DAMAGE ON CYLINDER- cracks or rusty cyl.

I get a little overwhelmed just cleaning up after breaking a full pint glass: it looks to me like that ship captain just made jobs for thousands of people to start cutting up and transporting away all the newly acquired scrap steel, cataloging damaged containers, and arranging for shipment to dispose of all the damaged goods.
