This is a really cool idea. I've been brainstorming about using the EAD10 to record myself life, just for the sake of having content. I wouldn't be using EAD10 to send any sound to FOH. I might have to build a rig similar to this for my upcoming shows this year. Thanks for making this video!

Thank you for this video. Would you have a suggestion for adding something for me to send samples to the front of house board? I have a cover band in which I'm wanting to be in control of the intros for the band. Thanks again!!

Do you run a monitor mix back in from sound man?

I have a channel on my desk that I get a direct send from the sound guy for the rest of the band. We run a digital desk, so I essentially change the levels from an iPad and the channel on my desk is essentially a volume knob for if I want more or less of the band

Hi mate , as a novice to this , how do you use the ead10 live without the microphones picking up other sounds on stage like guitar amps, foldbacks, etc ???

There will always be an element of bleed, however, adjusting the mic sensitivity on the EAD into the negatives (ie -10…. as I run it) will help eliminate some of those extra stage noises such as amps etc

Thanks for posting. Can you please let me know how you attach the pedal board to the Roland bracket underneath? Thanks!

Basically just drill some holes…. attach thread in the holes and screw the bracket on. I won’t lie, I had a handy man friend do this for me as the lord didn’t gift me any handy abilities

Genius ! But why don't you use EAD10 as click station ?

I prefer the tactile dial on the boss db90. Not that it should change, but if a song feels fast or dragging I have the ability to change it quickly and on the fly as opposed to the ead which is more fiddly

@@JpLdrummer100%…. I will do an update as I have added a few things to this such as a stop start pedal for the click, so in song endings you can tap it with your foot rather than having to tap it with your hand mid fill

@@iliamartini3503 I've just added an Alesis Asp-1 on my Ead for this ! I used to have a pad for this but sometimes, with vibrations, it make it start and stop so much time haha !
