I’m not in the industry but am watching for ideas to improve urban soil health. I’ve learned a lot despite the glitches. I’m glad it decided to behave. TV will run any ads you’ll pay for. Please run those ads you want on TV. I’d love to see them too

Watching these brings back so many memories! Sure sorry I had to miss the reunion. Scheidecker and I were the first to ski Andesite, there were still stumps sticking out of the snow. We drove up in his pickup and skied down to mine. Lol

Thank you Dave for sharing the infirmative video. Question:. Do you know of anyone in northeast TX has been successful growing Daikon radishes? We have heavy clay soil that gets hard as a brick in July/August when it gets hot and dry. When this happens Wooly Croton begins to take over. It is a nasty tap rooted annual. We practice planned grazing and have 100% ground cover to keep the soil as moist as we can, but we just need to break up this compaction. I am confident the radish will work IF it will grow here.

You have some good information, soil health is wealth. NO MORE SPRAYING DAMMIT! QUIT SUPPORTING THE DEVILS SLINGING POISON AND POISONOUS IDEAS! Indigenous Systems of Permaculture are The future....... Your all just catching up using science to justify a already true and proven methods of the 3 sisters- Beans - Corn - Squash. Everyone quit talking over each other! Colonizer culture is toxic. Death. Permaculture is our birthright and our future.thank you for your science. Aloha

Using a row for flowers will cost less than the proportion would suggest. Edge effects and the predators using the flowers for food, like syrphid flies and parasitic wasps will benefit the rows near them.

@14:12 ish the report says "every indicator in this community is well balanced..." No it isn't. the "bacteria:fungi ratio of 5.6 : 1 is a fungal to bacteria ratio of 0.178 : 1, that is horrifically out of balance. It should be much closer to, or a bit above, 1 : 1 F:B ratio. No wonder they only get around 1.5 lbs adg on much of their land, and no wonder they only get 2.5 lbs. adg on excellent warm season grazing, and no wonder it takes them 24 months or more to finish their cattle on grass. The Brown's are doing wonderful things, and progressing, but with all they have done so far, they still have a degraded resource. Let's not accept this level of performance. Let's push for better. It can be done. From what I have seen, the Browns have improved their F:B ratios to around 0.7 :1 or so. It's getting better. Too bad it has taken them so long to get where they are. :( Gabe, Paul, compost and compost tea are not fertilizers. It's about the microbes.

Anyone PLEASE, help find solutions to Bermuda triangle grass. I can almost out from it with intense garden - veggies. Would be really good to finish this out growing with a cover crop. Seriously. Thanks for any comments.
