I looked into the words of Ibn Uthaymeen, and he didnt say that there is a hadith with "sitting“ of Allah. He says that there Are words of salaf, But Not From the Prophet, so we dont affirm the „sitting“. Why Are you lying about ibn Uthaymeen?

This misguidance came from azad Kashmir and spread like cancer now it’s affecting certain deobandi families who say what’s bad about celebrating the prophet s.a.w’s birthday.

Lets see what the salaf said about studying philosophy & using philosophical terminologies that has no basis within the nusoos/texts & were never used by the a'immatul salaf: Imam alshaafi'i said: “My ruling regarding the people of theological rhetoric(kalaam lesser version of greek philosophy) is that they should be beaten with palm leaves and shoes and be paraded amongst the kinsfolk and the tribes with it being announced, ‘This is the reward of the one who abandons the Book and the Sunnah and turns to theological rhetoric (kalaam).”[Sharh ‘AqeedatitTahaawiyyah of lbn Abil-’Izz, p. 75., kalaam* is the lesser version of greek philosophy which is even more erroneous. Aboo Yoosuf, the student of Aboo Haneefah said, “Whoever sought knowledge by kalaam (theological rhetoric) will turn a heretical apostate,” and Ahmad ibn Hanbal (d. 241H) said, “The person of theological rhetoric will never prosper. And never do you see anyone looking into theological rhetoric except that in his heart is a desire for creating mischief.” [Quoted by ibn al qudama in his Burhaan fee Bayaanil-Qur'an] “Allaah hates that person who is very eloquent from the men, the one who moves his tongue around just as the cows move their tongues around.” [Reported by Tirmithee (2,853) and declared saheeh (authentic) by Shaykh Al-Albaani] The whole science of philosophy is the science of reasoning debate art of arguing by using greek logic authored by heretical athiests. Imam ahmad in usool alsunnah reported: .For indeed, (indulging in) theological rhetoric (kalaam/philosophy) in [22] the matter of Qadar, the Ru’yah, the Qur’aan and other such issues are among the ways that are detested and which are forbidden. [#19 usool ulsunnah] There are a number of statements of the salaf & the a'immah from imam maalik & others etc. On the prohibition of venturing into philosophy & greek logic. Scholars more knowledgeable than this brother like imam alghazzali who memorised much more & were far intellectually superior testified by thousands of scholars past & present yet they(who studied greek logic & philosophy) qualifed judges with numerous equivalences of modern day doctorates Himself felt into mistakes & ended up adopting heretical positions with no basis held from within the orthodox athari view point. Just like this speaker is using philosophical terminologies not warranted & neither widely accepted in the scholarship particularly amongst the first 3 generations. Scholars like ibn rushd, ibno taymiyyah,imam aljuwaini, fakhr uldeen alrazi were all exceptions standing up to arguments put foward by the enemies of the ummah who wished to sow disorder & doubts with regards to a number of theological issues as these issues required a response. It is not for everyone to dwell into philosophy some people needed to relax & know their place.

جناب مولانا صاحب علامہ تفتازانی صاحب اور نہیی تو کم ازکم تفضیلی شیعہ لگتے ہیں اور دوسری بات ان کی کتابیں صرف فنی حیثیت سے پڑہائی جاتی ہیں نہ کہ عقیدے کی حیثیت سے اب دلیل سنو شرح عقائد میں تفتازانی تفتازانی صاحب نے جو دعوا کیا کہ ہم یزید کے کفر میں بہی شک نہیں کرتے یہی کچھ آ ج کے شیعہ رافضی کہتے ہیں بلکہ کچھ زیادہ دوسری دلیل یہی مختصر المعانی کے الفاظ کہ رکب علی وہرب معاویہ ترجمہ کرو کس پر دلالت کرتا ہے حضرت معاویہ الحمدللہ بہاگے نہیں اورنہ ازخود علی رض پر حملہ آ ور ہوئے بلکہ علی رض نے خود اقدام کیا تہامعاویہ رض نے تو صرف دفاع کیا تہا اسکی دلیل یہ ہے کہ جب علی رض کی شہادت ہوجاتی ہے اور حسن رض صلح کی بات کرتے ہیں تو فورا معاویہ رض مان لیتے ہیں اور صلح ہوجاتی ہیں تو یہ مثال علامہ تفتازانی کے نظریہ کا پتہ دیتی ہے مولانا منظور مینگل حفظہ اللہ نے جو گرفت کی ہے تحقیق کے بعد ہے جناب آ پ نے کہا ہے سات سو سال سے کسی نے ان کے الفاظ پر گرفت نہیں کی تو یہ دلیل نہیں بنتی ہمارے معاشرے میں بےشمار من گہڑت روایات روافض کی پہیلائی ہوئی ہیں کیا کوئی عقل یہ کہ سکتا ہے سات سو سال سے ان روایات پر کسی نے جرح نہیں کی لہزا یہ روایات صحیح ہین کیا ایسی باتیں کرنے کا کوئی جواز ہے

From a purely academic point of view, at the end of the debate, the following issues remained unaddressed by Hassan Allahyari. If anyone has a logical answer to these, kindly respond without indulging in profanities: 1. If 'Umar Al-Khattab's answer; The Quran suffices us, constitutes rebellion against the Prophet (S), then why can the same principle not be applied to 'Ali Ibn 'Abi Talib's refusal to obey the prophetic command at the time of Hudaybiyah? If one says that 'Ali's refusal was out of love and concern for him (S), then why can the same argument not be used for 'Umar who could not see the Prophet (S) in pain and wanted him to rest instead of exerting himself? 2. If we are to accept that 'Ali did not obey the Prophet (S) out of love at the time of Hudaybiyah, then why did he not do the same during this incident when these people were 'apparently torturing' the Prophet (S)? Why did his love not overtake him and why did he not stand up to those tormenting the Prophet (S)? How can the two incidents add up? 3. If the Prophet (S) was commanded by Allah to announce the Khilafah of 'Ali and the chain of imamate, then why would the Prophet (S) not announce it publicly before his physical passing? It is agreed upon by all historians that 'the incident of the Pen' took place on Thursday while the Prophet's (S) physical veiling took place on Monday. Why did he (S) then not clarify this matter for the next 4 days and let it wreak havoc among his ummah? Can any creature (living or dead) stop the Prophet (S) from delivering God's message? 4. If this incident became the reason for the disbelief of so many companions, then why would 'Ali give his daughter in marriage to such disbelievers, name his children after them, send his sons to protect them, serve as an advisor during their reigns etc. How can it befit a man of 'Ali's stature to actively protect, advise and even marry off his daughter to a disbeliever?

بعض مواقع پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے قبر پر ہاتھ اٹھا کر دعا کرنا ثابت ہے، لیکن ان مواقع پر بھی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم قبلہ رو ہو کر دعا فرماتے تھے۔ قبر کی طرف رخ کر کے دعا مانگنے میں صاحبِ قبر سے مانگنے کا شبہ ہو سکتا ہے؛ اس لیے بہتر ہے کہ قبر پر جاکر دعا کرنی ہو تو ہاتھ اٹھائے بغیر ہی دعا کرلے، اور اگر ہاتھ اٹھاکر دعا کرنی ہو تو قبلہ کی طرف رخ کرکے ہاتھ اٹھاکر دعا کرلی جائے؛ تاکہ قبر یا صاحبِ قبر سے مانگنے کا شبہ نہ ہو۔ ملفوظات حکیم الامت میں ہے: ”قبر پر ہاتھ اٹھا کر دعا نہ مانگنا چاہیے، حتی کہ دفن کے وقت بھی انتظامِ شریعت اسی میں ملحوظ ہے؛ تا کہ کسی کو یہ شبہ نہ ہو جائے کہ مردہ سے حاجت مانگی جاتی ہے“ ۔(11/164، ط:تالیفات اشرفیہ) الفتاوى الهندية (5 / 350): "وإذا أراد الدعاء يقوم مستقبل القبلة، كذا في خزانة الفتاوى". فتح الباري لابن حجر (11/ 144): "وفي حديث بن مسعود رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في قبر عبد الله ذي النجادين، الحديث، وفيه فلما فرغ من دفنه استقبل القبلة رافعاً يديه، أخرجه أبو عوانة في صحيحه". فقط واللہ اعلم
