Why does TBC never include day-to-day functionality improvements with each new release? Examples: improving the Layer Manager (auto flex columns, highlight colours of fields the same as cursor colour, minimize the window, persistent layout etc etc)? How about the Grouping of Surfaces in a similar way to the Layer Manager? What about Robust 4K monitor support? These few things have been requested over the last 5 YEARS and never acted upon.

Great video. I just used this tool on a project for the first time. Question, the projected surfaces do not show up when you try to export them as a surface or when you try to drape an object on them they do not show up in the surfaces drop down menus?

Hello, i have a question about adjusting network: when i click adjust, in the report, the elevations of my points are shown as "?". That means they are not calculated. I use grid type control points, which are Northing-Easting points (fixed in 2D) and shoted benchmarks which are fixed in e (h row doesnt work because they are not local). I want to adjust my network and give elevation to my points using the e, grid-type, benchmarks. How can i fix this problem?

Why do I get a massive horizontal shift when I filter my ground?

From the Adjustment Network dialog box in the Constraints tab under Fixed Coordinates, why does it not show or list the points I have in my network? The dialog box is empty, and how do I add my network points in there to be able to fix control reference points?

Who's asking for this? The last thing we need is another "cloud server". How about making the core software components of TBC (like layer manager and renaming layers among many many others) actually work without having to wait 10 secs after each click on a top of the line PC.

Hey, wondering if there is an archive of different .las files for training/validation. I'm trying to train it to begin extracting things at WWTF such as exposed pipes, or things at construction sites such as pallets or materials, but you need a training file and a validation file (or at least that's what it seems like it)... I created an .las file, but that doesn't help me yet. Searched all over trimble, and the help file/tutorial doesn't GIVE you one (at least i haven't found it) to attempt or practice with.

The dynamic sell adjustment option is going to be a wonderful enhancement to the quality of the result....

Hi. I’ve got an unusual question. I’ve done all my processing, cleaned up my baselines and deleted out the unnecessary ones. However now I find I want one particular baseline back. How can I do that with TBC without loosing all of my other baseline edits please?

Is there a workflow for volume calculation betwen the stockpiles surface and designed bottom surfaces. Simply triangulating the bottom surface based on the boundary points is not aways what you need. For example computing volume of the topup material on the pile will need to use previosly surveyed stocpile surface. Is there a workflow for so.ething like this?

why is this release so much larger than every other release? It's huge!

Do more videos with explanations of specific workflows. For example: Show us how to get a volume out of a stock pile. What is the benefit of the pointcloud classification? How can I generate lists of numbers of trees, sights, … Trimble should present more example of use cases. Me as a user is not clear what benefits I’m getting from using TBC except of a good looking classified pointcloud.

I feel like Trimble has gone and completely ignored the basics like drafting and notes integration. More options of labelling angles, fixing their broken draw order. Not sure who asked for all those new features.

Thats great, you know what would be better? A layer manager that functions faster than molasses and not needing to pay a third party a subscription fee for basic core features...

one more question, can we apply this method without national geodetic data, just for validation of our ground control points?
