Well done you I know how hard work it is. I'm trying to get fit and toned and lose weight. I've already lost 21lbs got another 18 to go. It's hard work especially as now I'm in my 40's and perimenopause, it doesn't come off as easy as it used to and I still tend to eat my feelings and then regret it. I was doing well until a family member passed away a week and a half ago and I started inhaling cake. I'm trying to get that back under control now, and eating healthy although I'll give myself a break if I fall off the wagon on the day of the funeral. I'm swimming 3 times a week now and I walk and lift stuff a lot at work. It's taking a long time at my age and I think that's the bit I'm finding so hard is how slow it is but coming down in weight even slowly is better than going up.

this is really helpfull!! i'm trying to eat healthier, and my mom gave me a tip; eat something that doesn't feed your sugar adiction for breakfast, and eat something you crave (in small portion) at tea time (that's around 5/6pm). i always eat what she cooks for breakfast and dinner, and she tries to cook the healthiest food for us, so that's in her hands. i hope this video gets viral, cause these are really good tips :)

Facts, starving yourself is just going to make it worse. It's going to make you WANT to binge more because you're being restrictive. Heck, some days leading up to my 'monthly hyde transformation' my body literally is an insatiable furnace, regardless of how much I eat. It's more beneficial to listen to your body queues, rather than ignoring them and making it worse. And if it means overeating one day? That's what your body wants/needs.

What helped me was my therapist explaining to me why what is necessary for my body because i overdid it with losing weight and slid into anorexia. Please don't do it without help, it was terrible for me and having someone that studied it can save you from damage

Most of the things you talked about are exactly what I did when I lost 8 kg years ago, and it's still my most efficient method when I want to lose some weight. Not torturing myself with hunger and staying away from my favorite meals/eating bland food, just simply cutting down on the portion & managing the feelings of craving/hunger. It's the first time I see someone on KZbin peaching the same advice so that makes me happy, I'm sure you'll be helping many people out there :D

I know right! Although I would say STEPS everyday OR cardio 2-4 times per week depending on how often you can lift weights! But yeah, no magic pill. Just hard work! 🔥
