I couldn't agree more with Rusty! It seems weird to me that the GM has upwards of $100,000 to "buyout" an internet radio station, then decides he wants to start his own radio station, and lambastes the Sun City In Focus committee and wants to have paid, not volunteer staff do the committee's work, yet he can't find the time, nor the inclination to get the library issue solved. Seems to me this guy has his priorities screwed up. Just my feeling!

I agree with your thoughts, but that said, I think they need to fix their current markets before expanding. When you see numbers like 5,600 people in attendance for the most recent Showboats game, it makes you realize that there is still a lot of work to be done before expanding. St Louis, DC, Birmingham, and San Antonio are all fine as is right now. Alrington and Michigan are markets that I would love to see more attendance from, but I think they're serviceable, and in the case of the Panthers, you want to keep as many indoor stadiums as possible. Houston and Memphis worry me, however. There's got to be more marketing, in those places especially, and I would love to see more engagement from those places. The good news is that the ratings have been very good this season. This past weekend, all four games had at least 829k viewers, with the SA/DC game gaining 1.22 M. Great numbers there for spring football, and it can make up for some of the attendance struggles that we've seen. Still though, I agree with you. I would love to see the Sea Dragons back, and I like the Denver Gold idea too. Getting a team in San Diego would be awesome as well. In general, I think the UFL is doing a lot right, but there are definitely still things to work on!
