Hi! I’m in 6th grade and I have misophonia. My biggest trigger is sniffing. I wear the airpod pros and my teachers know about it. Your channel really helps me! Thank you so much!

Interesting. My preferred approach is to turn on background music, wear noise canceling headphones, or just walk away.

THANK YOU for making these videos. I think my daughter is about your age. You remind me much of her and articulate the struggles so well. We have learned many of the suggestions you share the hard way…through the struggle. I hope others new to this disorder will find your videos quickly and take your advice. I’m going to share your channel with the audiologist who diagnosed her and helped her know she isn’t crazy! I know this professional is the only one in our area and will love to share your work with others!
