Thanks for the hands on video, can you tell if they moved the tie rod mount position at all?
@spikesgmclassics40613 ай бұрын
No they didn’t, basically they left that alone, the steering arms they offer help with bump steering issues, along with global west, these spindles work with factory and aftermarket steering arms doesn’t matter what brand I used global west on my car with these spindles

@@spikesgmclassics4061 Thank you man! I'm running the global West tie rod mounts as well. trying to upgrade to a better bearing can get the benefit of better brakes. so I appreciate the knowledge 🤙🏾

True! I would use these if you could afford it or if your planing going on the track with it, these are great for autocross.

Great video man. Short, sweet, and to the point. Your spot on with the sound quality of videos. I’m not sure how many 250s I’ve heard in videos that sound louder than their venom race or even the widowmaker. With that being said have you heard the venom race or widowmaker in person?

That I have not, I will be going to a car show in two weeks and I’ll see if I find anything out and if I find anything I’ll make a video, been away for a little while, changed my day job and we recently bought a Clayton home and it been a year long nightmare

The threaded rod you recommended is only good to 185 degrees, and then it melts.

I'm using the 023 and 024, I haven't seen any 025 around here, but either way it's best for thin sheet metal. What are you using for 1/8 and 1/4 inch steel?
@spikesgmclassics40612 жыл бұрын
025 for 1/8 and 30 on med on 1/4 it what I am using

There have been people coming into the store I work at and using 30 on thin sheet metal and can figure out why it’s not smooth and they are blowing holes in the metal, so I figured this would help people understand what they need for sheet metal

oh yes they are comfortable, love them and i will use the same seats in the 1969 camaro build that i am doing as well. you will not slide around like the original ones, these are really good for autocross as well, The planted seat brackets are awesome as well, and well made
