The diff is that Pain was a stronger opponent than most and Hinata rushed in to save someone she likes without hesitation. She knew her opponent was WAY stronger than her at the time but she didn’t let her fear get in the way. She saw how he absolutely destroyed the village and everyone in it including the one she loves (Naruto). She saw that nobody was getting up and the others who were left alone were practically scared and shook. She got up to delay some time for Naruto to get up and save the day. That was her goal. It’s not just about saving her LOVER. Y’all make Hinata out as a character who only seems to care about Naruto but no. That’s not the truth. She cares about everyone that’s around her, just mostly Naruto bc he saved her when she was just a kid. Nobody was on her side when she was just a child. She was also getting bullied and harassed. Naruto was the one who saved her and showed her how to stand up for oneself and others. You guys gotta look deeper into the details and figure out the meaning behind things. I’m not saying that Sakura, Minato and the rest who were shown didn’t do anything or sacrifice. They all sacrificed and did what they must do as Ninja’s to protect the village. That is their roles as Ninja’s. My point with this comment is to tell everyone that Hinata’s sacrifice isn’t just for love. It was also about confidence in one self and being able to stand up to threat bigger than you without worrying what might happen. That was the confidence Hinata needed when she was just a child.
