Thank you! Thinking of trying it. I've used pads my whole life, and yes I hate how they don't absorb immediately because that's how the leaks happen. Never tried tampons. I've had a bunch of kids and now have sciatica, nausea, lightheadedness, cramps, and have to take aleve so I can stand/walk during the first few days. I've also started having longer periods, like 8-12 days. Thanks early perimenopause. Hope the flex disk helps with some of these issues.

I just purchased the flex disc Because I’ve been using menstrual cups which have been causing painful cramping in my butt area. This didn’t happen till after I gave birth the second time. I’m hoping this disc is more comfortable and doesn’t cause pain in that area. Also praying it’s easier to insert!

When I switched from tampons/pads a cup my period went from 7 days to 3. Day 1 is always a super heavy day and the last 2 days are light. I’ve been a cup user for 3yrs. I will NEVER go back to traditional products

Great video. Unfortunately I am limited to using only a few tips here due to allergies. I strongly suggest to educate yourself as to how to use essential oils. Some essential oils can be very toxic if not used correctly (ex lemongrass can lead to miscarriages, respiratory infections and other problems. I experienced these problems for months before learning it was the lemongrass essential oil in my diffuser. I have a diffuser that you fill with water and put the oil on the pad. This was my mistake. Lemongrass oil should be put in the water. This small mistake was costly on my health and doctor visits before finding the problem. Just be careful and educate yourself. I would love to see a video to make your house smell good for those prone to allergies although I did find some great tips here. TY!

I only use detergent Gain. All the other stuff my skin and babies skin is sensitive. Fabric softener is very bad for washing machine clothes and towels. The towels do not absorb anything when you use fabric softener. Preference is white distilled vinegar for towels clothes rugs anything really. No it does not smell like vinegar.
