This has created problem with deliverables for me. We need to submit full size D TIFF files and all the text that has these properties is a black box obliterating the actual text.

Make sure your mask color is the same as your background it should have a B. Try a different print driver and make sure to rasterize the print. Hope that helps.

Sir, how did you add X and Y information to these .tiff files? I used the "GeoSetter" program to add this information, but still Microstation does not see this Geoinformation.

You cant unfortunately. The workflow for MicroStation is to pick a tool, check the Tool Settings and then draw. The tool settings window is needed to work with MicroStation commands.
