I’m thinking of getting a steam deck next week. I have a switch lite currently. Steam decks are FINALLY officially releasing in my country on the 19th. Only thing that seems weird to me about the steam deck is its control placement being at the top of the device not at the side like the switch lite is I’m planning on getting the steam deck for third party games and pc games and keeping my switch lite for Nintendo exclusives Does it ever feel weird having the control sticks in different places? Also where is pokemon $64? Lol

I don't know why but vita3k was running fine, and out of no where, every time i tried to start it, it would crash, i can get to open it in desk top mode, but when i try game mode it crashes. I ended up deleting the games to save storage.

Previously, the emulator was running on a steam deck and everything was fine. An error has recently appeared. And it closes immediately after launch . And I do not know what to do?! Please help me! ERROR IS “vulkan initializing failed boot. your gpu may not support vulkan 1.1”

@@Lets_Talk_About_GOD just looked into it, looks like Citra on emudeck needs to be updated. I saw on Reddit that you could use OpenGL you’ll get an error but it’ll still work. My steam deck is out of commission so it’s kinda hard to walk thru it for me

still playing in ps3 but there are many issues with login it shows a qr code then when you scan and log in to it you will have proke password then if you try to log in with proke password then once again it shows qr code do you know the solutions to this and also i love your videos

Ever since the Nintendo switch, I've gotten back into handheld gaming. Kind addicted at this point now that My son is into gaming as well. We've got three switches in the house, a steam deck and an rog Ally. Although handheld gaming isn't as powerful as desktop and console setups handheld has solidified itself as the main way I digest my games nowadays. And how is your steam deck holding up? Has it made you desire another handheld with a bit more power yet? I'm excited to see what Nintendo does with the switch 2

And tbh my steam deck is outta commission, something happened to my charger port and it needs to be replaced because it smokes like smoke comes out when i charge it 💀 this is my second steam deck and im thinking of just switching to a rog ally because im having terrible luck with steam decks hardware smh I’ve been playing my switch lite a lot more and im surprise how much i missed it, I like it better because its just so easy to pick up and play it’s quite refreshing

I’m 56 and the only pockets this thing would ever fit in were the ones on my BDUs when I was in the Army. Why would you put this in your pocket when you can end up damaging the thumb sticks as it moves about

I agree, bit found a fix, the Nintendo flip cover is the answer, barely makes the switch bigger and protects it well

I've got Deck Oled just becausr of personal obession with steam company but Switch lite is the most convenient product for handheld concept. long battery, light weight, ease of operating and many other reasons. Deck is just good at graphics quality and market content.

So I tried this and my A button seems to be "start" as far as Vita3k is concerned, so I can't get past the "please enter your name" screen to the actual part where you would input the name. Do you know if anything can be done about this? I followed this video to the letter but got stuck at that part.

I would say make sure your vita buttons are mapped correctly. Go to main menu ➡️ controls➡️ controllers➡️choose steam virtual gamepad (button layout) Triangle 3 Cross button 0 Square 2 Circle 1 Start 6 Or reset controller binding

@@CheungAdoniszu if you were able to find it, the actual update file, it should be as easy as opening it as a pkg thru vita 3k like an actual game. It will ask for the work bin and use the one that came with the file you downloaded from the game. You can do that with dlc as well so sometimes it’s good to keep your work bin

Good talkin points. I am gettin the ps5 pro but i understand why most wont. It is expensive. If its worth it or not is personal, to each they own in my opinion. Worth it to me. I had the ps4 pro at launch. I'm all about upgrades if doable lol.
