I really like the green chisel tips. Nice shimmer to perk up your artwork. The pinkish tones are lovely also. Green/pink are my fave colour combo. Once explained it was smart to get two of each stencil. Some of the tea dyed papers are a delicate and subtle background. Thanks. (Mary)🌺

Hi, just found your video. I noticed you made this two years ago. Could you please do a similar video with the measurements that would hold the same size pad as you did but a much thicker pad. I sure enjoyed your video. You really do a great job explaining every step of a laminated notepad. Looking forward to the next one.

@@jenungerfinearts that's okay, thanks. It must be very time consuming to make videos and adding in prices or links would add to the workload. Don't worry. Your videos are lovely 💖💖

Hi Jen, you showed up in my feed this morning so I thought I would come over and give you a sub. I love to find other journal makers. It is so fun to see what other people do in their journals. I love this one, it is so beautifully done. I also like to order from Temu. Their papers are amazing. They have a set of papers that are perfect for mini journals. I have made 2 so far. They measure 5.5 X 8 if you are interested in them. I think your journal is a perfect size. Look how much space you will have when you utilize it. Love it! I look forward to more of your videos. Have a beautiful day!
@jenungerfinearts Жыл бұрын
Thank you, I will have to check out the larger papers. I know from other videos that they are thinner which is perfect for journals. Most of the paper I have is heavier cardstock for scrapbooking.
@BookwormsBuddy Жыл бұрын
Yea it is harder to use the heavier papers in journals. I use them as a first page to each signature, but then I use a 32 pound printer paper, mostly because a lot of times I will print on both sides of the paper, hard to do that with the normal 24-26 pound paper.@@jenungerfinearts

Thank you for the great paper haul. One can never ever have too many paper pad. I just bought two from Michaels (i went in for one pad of cardstock) and the pads did not have cut outs or borders or anything like that. Wonder why.

Why do you use your trimmer upside down?
@jenungerfinearts3 жыл бұрын
Haha, I know but for some reason I just feel more comfortable lining the paper up at the bottom of the trimmer and cutting downward. I turn it so I have the full ruler at the bottom. If I have the ruler at the top I always mess up. It feels awkward to me.

@@jenungerfineartsI do the same thing as it's more comfortable for me and easier to see my measurements. There is no wrong way to craft. Beautiful job btw on these, I love the idea and I'll try them soon.
