hello may I ask, how to get to the Lotus resort? what kind activities we can do on whistling dune bay, and what kind of vehicles we need to ride thanks and sorry for asking
@nasilemakhotpot79642 ай бұрын
Hello, don't be sorry for asking. This was back in 2021, we rented a car and drove along our trip in Inner Mongolia. Of course, my husband is a local so he can drive. As a foreigner, I think the best choice is to book a driver (like an Uber), join a tour group or explore the public transportation (a little time consuming but I think possible). When we were there back in 2021, it was still Covid period, so not much tourists, you can rent/buy a slide and play, or ride on a camel, there was nothing much back then. I think now might be different since tourism is back. But we enjoyed just playing around by ourselves. You don't have to ride any vehicle in the sand dunes. As for the resort, we didn't stay there so couldn't comment much. Let me know if you want more clarifications, I'll try my best to help.

I would really like to buy this set. I am in the UK. Do you get to choose the designs from a pre-made selection or you made them up yourself?
@nasilemakhotpot79642 ай бұрын
Hi! I bought it from a girl, who has a list of pre-made selection (a long list and constantly being updated) but I think she doesn't take orders for now. I'm also thinking of making these myself and make it available to people outside China if there's demand (there's demand in China cause habit trackers are sort of popular now).

Hi I'm so sorry for not being clear. I am in China, so there are a lot of affordable resources to make these. I was thinking if there are demands I can try to bring them to more stationery lovers.

Heavy seasoning of harris soup and blood sausages doesn't seem good.
@nasilemakhotpot7964 Жыл бұрын
I know a lot of people don't like blood and inner parts of animal, that's understandable, but you should try before concluding, who knows right haha😁

@@nasilemakhotpot7964 Blood sausage is fine. What I mean is “heavy Chinese seasoning” in harris soup. I’m Mongolian so I know how it is prepared the very Mongolian way.

@@turuus5215 Ah how silly I am to ask a local try their food earlier hahaha... Well, I'm a person that prefers `strong taste' (imagine coriander, lamb etc) so I can accept the harris soup

Are there any restriction to hohhot for foreigners? I intend to go beijing - hohhot - urumqi then back to spore. How is the hotel there?
@nasilemakhotpot7964 Жыл бұрын
There's no restrictions for foreigners in HH. Generally, foreigners can only stay in hotels permitted to accommodate foreigners (this applies to whole country, just in case it's your first time to China), so better check before booking hotels.

Great video. Just a small piece of advice when it comes to 不能接受 in English. It's more to the point to say: "I can't take XXX" or "XXX isn't for me" or simply "I don't like XXX". Despite the word "can't" meaning unable, the whole phrase "I can't accept" implies that you actually can accept it, but that you refuse because you don't want to accept it. As an English teacher, I often have to help my Chinese students with this one. I couldn't help but point it out. Cheers!
