dude i hate to break it to you. but you have a ghost or ghosts in your house. if you rewind your time lapse video you will see your punching back was swinging for a long while. 20 minutes without slowing down. when you came bag into the room it started to slow down until you put your body on it. ghosts like cameras. you caught paranormal activity in your spot

Michael, honestly a boxer v bjj guy are you saying overall (on average) that a boxer will dominate in a match between those two sports? Or in a street situation
@robertlulek16346 жыл бұрын
What I would tell you in a real fight you do not want to be on the ground. You need hands Open Hands elbows knees headbutts kicks. Remember in MMA There Are Rules there are no head butts still no biting. No grabbing the nuts Etc. I'm not saying it's not beneficial if you're in that position on the ground. But overall if you are in a street fight the guy with the great hands is going to win

Not Bad, not bad. Seems like TaeKwonDo from a strange land. the kick at 4:35 didn't actually make contact. The woman at the end of the examiners table (zoomed in by the cameraman) thought it did by the look on her face but i don't think kick didn't actually make contact - though it was close. Seems good, there is a lot of playing along but this is to illustrate how the techniques WOULD work if they were applied fully so it's okay, (we can't be breaking each other's ribs on a weekly basis wot with having to go to work/school (shcool?) an all). Thought the patterns were a little strange, stances were way too deep and some of the footwork was not as it is in Choi Hong Hi's book 'the Encycleopedia of TaeKwonDo' which is known as the 'bible' of TaeKwonDo. Chon Ji - during this pattern (and any pattern) the reaction force fist (non punching/blocking fist) should be brought back to the hip, not tucked under the armpit (this is more remeniscent of Karate than TaeKwonDo). The stances were too deep! The walking stances were the right depth but they were too wide and the L-stances were far too deep and too wide, in L-stance 70% of the weight has to be on the right leg so that if you are foot swept you can pick your front leg up and use a kick in response. You could never do that from these L-stances. But the main thing is : What's with all the shouting from the examiners/Instructors, why are they coaching the students? The students should know what they are required to do to achieve the grade, if a student is punching off centre (way off centre) during a pattern then he/she should be marked down for it, not coached during the grading In a grading you are SHOWING that you have reached the required level to pass the grade - coaching should be disallowed. I liked the breaking bit, but i think children should not break with either the forefist (Ap Joomuk) or the ball of the foot (Ap Cumchi) as their bones are still growing but side kick and hammer fist should be okay and of course lmited to 1 " of wood (i think real pine should be used rather than breaker boards as breaker boards require greater accurancy and there is a greater risk of injury). So overall, not bad but not good either. Check out Jaroslav Suska or ITF Tuls for how a pattern SHOULD be done.
