Burnet’s fish sauce wings and at Roxy’s you gotta ask for extra jalapeño, garlic, and green onion. Born and raised in white center. Those two are the best by far.

For real! Glad to see it. My daughter and I did a year long wing crawl- one new place every month for a year, complete with our own rating system. Seattle has pan Asian wings on lock but kinda struggles with Buffalo wings. This video inspired me to reboot the crawl and head further south and north….of course then we gotta switch it to the Puget Sound Wing Crawl!

Funny all the so called Black's you talking about in Seattle at some point came from the places you claim got all the culture. Culture just don't wash off you because you move to Seattle. Black folks been in Seattle for generations from all over the country, blending together and creating greatness. There are so many establishments that are no longer here that were staples in our community. The issue is our community is gone now.
