Pls don’t be offended can you pls explain the chest line measurement ? You first removed 5 inches and marked 8 inches as the chest line pls is that for everyone or does it differ for each person ?

@@BlessingOkporie-sk4tf 5 inches is basically the neckline point. Chest line is from your neck to chest point.

@@BlessingOkporie-sk4tf usually when youre making an off shoulder, you minus from 4 inches to 6 inches depending on the size and how high or deep you want the neckline. 5 is just okay , if you don't want no cleavage showing .I hope this helps...
