THANK YOU!! I’m open champ and I do my makeup for all of my comps and I’m going to have to do it for nationals 😭. I’m not horrible at makeup but I’m not good at stage makeup. This helps so much. The fact that you just keep saying that it’s ok if it’s messy helps so much because I hate watching other things when they make it look perfect. This is a lot less stressful haha❤

My FEIS Routine as a B dancer working their way to pre-open by the end of the year: Morning: Wake up Water!! Oatmeal (with milk and pb) Pack lots of protein and carb snacks Big water bottle Stretch On way to comp: Sleep (I’m a teen so mom drives) Listen to my music Relaxing Pep Talk Meditation At FEIS: Check in Find spot in my main room Check schedule Put shoes on according to schedule Drill rocks More stretching Watch the younger dancers from my school, to help me practice my steps Drill steps with a friend Go on stage and rock it Honestly, dance is so much fun but it’s exhausting. If you’re new to dancing, bring food to comps, last time I forgot to and didn’t drink enough water and then got really sick after but felt it while dancing so it hurt my performance
