By practice I made this perfectly . If you trying for the first time please try it with ragi, water and salt alone. This requires practice . Also if we have a traditional dosa tawa the batter runs into the middle and makes a thick layer which takes time to cook. The key is to spread evenly and in a thin manner. Thank you so much ma’am. I will not prefer white dosa anymore as it not healthy . Also this is my first best attempt . I have never made a successful dosa before ❤

Dont go food is full oily , chicken fish full of oily u cant eat , its like yuck , after one day also my burffs came like oil smell
