What's funny if I've never been that "into" fashion outside of matching colors that look good. But I absolutely feel INLOVE with Casablanca! Between how lowkey but Popping they are as well as the overall theme (vacation, travel, freedom and luxury) they're truly a hidden gem to me. I'm glad someone made a brief breakdown of the history behind my favorite brand 🤌🏾🥂✨️

I was fortunate enough to attend the exhibition last year in Seoul and see the 4.0 collection in person. I didn't know much about PAF at that time, but after attending the exhibition I straight up fell in love with the brand and it has become one of my favorite brands. Thanks to your video, now I am able to understand more about PAF, really informative and well-explained. Can't wait for your other analysis videos! ps: I received the note from the exhibition, but I left it at my dorm :'((( i wish I could share it here for everyone to read

Heidi Slimane may have increased the revenue for Saint Laurent but he also basically transformed a legendary fashion house into a high-end Zara...

I love Heidi slimane, but I don’t feel Like he saved Saint Laurent. I feel like whatever brand Heidi works for, he just continuously uses his own aesthetic, and it never changes. He’s doing the same thing at Saint Laurent that he did at Dior Homme. Now he’s doing the exact same thing at Celine.
@adamyung2 жыл бұрын
This criticism of him is pretty common and I can definitely see why. However, I would counter your side with 2 points. Firstly, at SLP I feel he was much more refined than Dior Homme and made a larger impact worldwide. At the time, Saint Laurent wasn't doing the best financially so that's kind where "saved" came in. Secondly, I agree that Hedi does his own style at every house, but isn't that what all designers do? Bring their own touch to the house. At Celine as well, he may have initially ignored the codes of the house, but these past few seasons have shown him really come into his own in my opinion.
