How do you attach the pipes to the water filter?

Place a water filter within range of the ride you want to connect it to and run the filters pipe to the park entrance and the pipe should snap onto the connection

I’m not sure if u r still wondering but I also had this issue. I found out it depends on the speed you need. If you don’t have enough speed it sends u back. So in order for it to work I recommend doing a big drop until u reach the right amount of speed

I think if you just fixed some of the bad transitions with the smoothing tool, this could actually be a pretty good layout.
