I hit them up sometimes.. my favorite meats are the ham (they cut it from a block I think.. none of that prepackaged cold cut stuff) and Polish sausage. For some reason I like the Polish sausage better than the Portuguese sausage. Good stuff though Chef.. glad to hear you're going carnivore :)

When the weather is bad, or just cold, there's a 2nd location of Pike Place Chowder at 6th and Pine in the Pacific Place Center mall, top floor. There's lots of seating both in the restaurant, and on the concourse.

@ I used a gopro and also an insta360 go3 camera for our live craps videos. They turned out pretty good! I’m trying to do something different for quality and length of the video soon..

I know....Seattle is not Vegas but it has it's own charm and the weather there is great especially in the summer when Vegas is burning up! The scenery in Seattle is awesome, great views of the mountains and forests and it's a great starting point for a cruise to Alaska! The casino looks amazing and I hope the food and craps was just as nice! Take care and looking forward to your craps update! Your daughter looked like she was going to have a great time!

You were in my hometown area. I grew up in Olympia, WA about 25 mins south of Tacoma. I used to go up to Tacoma frequently, I remember when the tribe built the new EQC. Excited for your new food channel Chef Dice.
