it’s probably a Chinese product, so you’re more than likely correct, but for other reasons. however, what in this video suggests it’s not using fresh outside air along with fans to just blow off the dog? nothing said the air was hot or oxygen depleted

It's not a vacuum, where do you think the air to dry him comes from?? 🤦🏼‍♀️ A lot of dogs don't like the normal human dryer or the turbine... also this is a way to dry them while grooming another dog or doing another task. the dog can dry while chilling. And no, don't use fans and just air to dry dogs... this air is warm, so you don't get your dog sick, and second the air comes even from beneath bc you need to make sure every cm is dry or they could get a skin condition. Even when this is finished, you still need to brush them and use a normal dryer on certain part.
