Dear Naveen, in such Case, you select the range of 0 to 25 Bar (or 0 to 21 Bar, if your manufacturer provides the same) and use Gauge Saver to protect the gauge from Design Pressure. Gauge Saver will not allow the pressure to enter the higher-pressure in the bourdon Tube of the gauge. Your pressure switch or transmitter (which you have provided) will Transmit the signal or alarm to control room to take necessary measurements.
